摘要：鲁班工坊作为一种新兴的职业教育国际合作方式其师资能力的培养借助工程实践创新项目(EPIP)得到有效提升。作为中国职业教育本土创新发展而成的教育教学模式，根据外方需求和中方标准要求按照阶梯式逐级递升的方式对鲁班工坊骨干师资通过鲁班工坊合作领域中标准化的技术要求指标针对专业及教学能力开展培训与提升。当前全球科技治理体系变革形势下，通过中外双方实施的多形式培训实践总结出可行经验并建立起鲁班工坊骨干师资标准化进阶培训模型为全球职教师资培养和教育合作提供参考与借鉴。

Title: The Model of Vocational Teacher Training in Africa: Standardized Advanced EPIP Teacher Training of TUTE
Abstract: Luban Workshop, as an emerging mode of international cooperation in vocational education, has effectively enhanced the training of its teaching staff through Engineering Practice Innovation Projects (EPIP). As an educational teaching model developed from local innovation in China’s vocational education, it conducts training and improvement for the key teachers of Luban Workshop based on foreign demands and Chinese standard requirements, according to a tiered progression model, focusing on standardized technical requirements indicators in the cooperative fields of Luban Workshop regarding professionalism and teaching capabilities. In the current context of global technological governance system reforms, the training practices implemented by both Chinese and foreign parties have summarized feasible experiences and established a standardized progressive training model for key teaching staff of Luban Workshop, providing references and insights for the global training of vocational education teachers and educational cooperation.
